1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We ship nationwide within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • In-Store Pickup: Free.

3. OGM Bodega Collection Exclusions (In-Store Pickup Only)

Please note that items from our OGM Bodega gift collection are fragile and uniquely delicate. To guarantee they arrive in perfect condition, we do not offer shipping for any OGM Bodega items.

  • These products are exclusively available for In-Store Pickup at checkout.

  • If your cart contains an item from OGM Bodega alongside apparel, the shipping option will be restricted to local pickup for the entire order, or you may purchase them separately.

4. Free In-Store Pickup

Skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our South Bay boutique.

  • How it works: Choose "In-Store Pickup" at checkout.

  • Timeline: Your order will be ready for pickup within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification when it is ready.

  • What to bring: Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

ARTSN LA STUDIO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
