Return Policy
We want you to love every piece you take home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Guidelines & Requirements
- Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt (printed or digital) is required for all transactions.
- Item Condition: Clothing must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, free of makeup or deodorant stains, and with all original tags attached.
Return Options
- Exchanges: You can exchange your item for a different size, color, or any other available style in the store.
- Store Credit: If you cannot find a replacement right away, we will issue a store credit for the balance. Store credit does not expire.
- Please note: We do not offer cash refunds or reversals to the original payment method.
Final Sale Items
For hygienic and operational reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale and clearance items.
- Food and pantry products.
- Gift shop items and stationery.
- Accessories, jewelry, and undergarments.
